Coming from a background in both the arts and sciences, I bring creative and analytical thinking to my work, applying a unique lens to all that I do.

Educated in biology and psychology, worked in editorial, and sharpened in marketing, I’m ready for my next big move. Whether it’s a client campaign or an article I’m writing, my process is holistic - considering the sum of the big picture’s parts and each possible avenue of exploration. 

I love digging deep into consumer research, culture, and industry trends to find behaviours that stand out and patterns in the discussion. I seek and distill the insights that will help to guide better strategies and better storytelling. From the rebrand of cannabis tech startup Lift & Co. to social strategies for Toronto-based stock exchange NEO, I’ve worked from research to execution, helping to provide a strategic lens, in order to better tell these brands’ stories.
